Place the recommended amount under your tongue and hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing for fastest absorption. You can also add it to food or a beverage for a quick and easy addition to your morning routine.

Full spectrum contains the entire hemp flower's cannabinoid profile, including trace THC (≤0.3%) for a fuller experience with the entourage effect.

Broad spectrum also uses the entire hemp flower but there's an additional process to ensure that the THC removed and is non-detectable.

While both deliver the entourage effect, broad spectrum is a somewhat reduced effect due to the removed THC - we recommend choosing broad spectrum products if you want to avoid THC entirely!

The optimal amount of CBD varies by person. For many, less is more. Start with the suggested serving on the label, track how you feel, and adjust over a few days. Maintaining balance is more effective than higher amounts.
