Yes! Free shipping applies to all orders of $115 or more. That threshold is calculated on your subtotal after your subscriber discount is applied, before taxes and shipping are added.

Skipping an order means any milestone reward tied to that order is permanently forfeited - it won't carry over to the next one. Your streak will advance, but without that reward attached. We recommend rescheduling instead of skipping if timing is the issue!

If you cancel and decide to resubscribe later, your streak resets to Order 1 and progress can't be carried over. We'd love to have you back - just know you'll be starting fresh on the rewards journey.
