All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday 8AM - 2PM EST. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may be impacted by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Free shipping is available sitewide on all orders of $115 or more, based on the order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts are applied. For orders under $115, a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling is applied at checkout.

Green Compass primarily ships through USPS. Whenever a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we'll update your order so you can follow your package. Please note that some orders shipped via 1st Class USPS mail may not include a tracking number.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it, including address updates, product edits, or order cancellations. We recommend double-checking your order details before completing checkout.

Yes! Every Green Compass product goes through rigorous third-party testing for quality, identity, purity, and/or potency. We include Certificate of Analysis (COAs) for every product so you're confident in choosing your next wellness favorite.

Green Compass uses and sources USDA-certified organic hemp, mushrooms and other ingredients - our farms also utilize sustainable farming practices to ensure your product is safe from soil to shelf. Our product meets rigorous testing standards, certified by third-party labs, so you're confident in what you put in your body.

Hemp products and THC products are for adult (21+) use only.

While Green Compass products are crafted with clean ingredients, you know your family best. If there are any allergies or sensitivities, we recommend consulting a medical professional or doing a patch test.

We hand-harvest our mushrooms and use the most nutrient-dense parts (the fruiting body and stroma) of USA-grown, USDA Organic functional mushrooms.

Most products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products with purchase dates over 30 days old, SIX products, samples or free gifts are not eligible for return. Yes. SIX beverages, merchandise, free gifts, samples, and certain Enrollment Collections are not eligible for return or refund. Orders that have already been processed cannot be modified or cancelled.

All eligible returns must be submitted through our Return Portal. To begin, click the "Start a Return" link at the bottom of our website or go directly to our Return Policy page. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code to use at a participating USPS location. Approved returns must be dropped off within 30 days of approval.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note, refunds can take up to 7 business days to process depending on who you bank with.

SIX beverages are final sale, but if your cans arrive damaged or leaking, we'll make it right. If all 4 cans in a 4-pack are damaged, we'll send a replacement 4-pack. If 3 or fewer cans are damaged, we'll issue product credits for the affected cans toward a future SIX purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist quickly. Note that cosmetic damage only (minor dents or dings on cans that are not leaking) does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or credit.

By choosing the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, you'll enjoy 20% off retail pricing on the products in your recurring order. Your order processes automatically on the same day each month, and your card on file is charged each month until you modify or cancel.
